Robert Stearns

Bishop Robert Stearns is the founder and executive director of Eagles’ Wings, a dynamic relational ministry involved in a variety of outreaches and strategic projects around the world. He has ministered in more than 30 nations around the world, with a central focus on the nation of Israel. A powerful communicator, Robert Stearns is the author of seven books, and speaks around the country at various churches, conferences, and venues. Robert is also an accomplished recording artist and soloist, with performances in the U.S., Europe, and Israel, including both the prestigious Carnegie Hall and St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York City.



Robert is the visionary of the worldwide prayer initiative, “The Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem,” which is observed annually on the first Sunday of October, and has the participation of over 500,000 churches in over 175 nations.



Robert is also the presiding Bishop of the historic Tabernacle church in Buffalo, NY and President of the Israel Christian Nexus in Los Angeles, CA. He is at the forefront of educating Christian communities worldwide regarding the role of Israel, the Jewish people, and our shared Judeo-Christian values; and in 2020 was named among the top 50 Christian Allies of Israel by the Israel Allies Foundation. Joining the ranks of some of the world’s top leaders such as Ambassador John Bolton, Caroline Glick, and Alan Dershowitz, Robert received the 2021 “Genesis Award” for his courageous leadership and deep love for Israel.

 

Sue Ten Eyck

Sue Ten Eyck has been part of the Eagles’ Wings Leadership Team for over 25 years.  She is the International Prayer Coordinator for Eagles’ Wings leading prayer for all events, conferences, and initiatives.

Since 1999, Sue has led the annual Watchmen on the Wall trips to Israel, with Bishop Robert Stearns bringing over 10,000 people to Israel.  She is passionate about people experiencing the Heart of God in unique ways as they travel to Israel, deepening their understanding and anointing to pray for the Peace of Jerusalem.

Sue and her husband Paul live in Mahwah, NJ, and have 3 adult children.

Rachel ballard

Dr. Rachel Ballard is a passionate educator, courageous leader, and motivational speaker whose life purpose is best summarized by Proverbs 31:9, “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of the poor and needy.” She has worked in the field of education and community development for over 20 years. She has served as a teacher, academic dean, principal, head of school, executive director for non-profit organizations, educational consultant, and currently serves as the Director of Equity & Innovation for the Madison County School System in Huntsville, Alabama.

Under Dr. Ballard’s leadership, she has witnessed increased student and family engagement, improved standardized test scores, enhanced community collaboration, and has led fundraising efforts that have totaled over $100 million.

She holds an undergraduate degree from Liberty University, a Master’s degree in Education from Regent University, and a PhD in Educational Leadership and Administration from Capella University. She has studied abroad in Jerusalem, Israel, at The Principals’ Institute at Harvard University, Pennsylvania State University, and Columbia University School of Professional Studies.

Dr. Ballard serves on various boards and advisory committees to include the Alabama A&M University NOYCE STEM Scholars Board, Leadership Greater Huntsville, National Children’s Advocacy Center, and holds membership with several organizations including the International Women’s Forum Alabama. Dr. Ballard has received numerous awards and recognitions for outstanding education and community leadership. She is married to Kent Ballard, Jr., who is also an ardent educator and community advocate. They have three sons, Gabriel (18), Joseph (14), and Luke (11). Her passion to educate, equip, and encourage, fuels her commitment to serve. During her downtime, you can find Rachel reading, coloring, cooking, or enjoying quality time with family and friends.

Pastor Judy Shaw

Judy, raised in Buffalo New York, now residing in La Jolla, California is a gregarious, sought-after global speaker who has commanded the attention of audiences for the past 35 years.

She is known to be insightful, powerful, and compassionate as she warms the heart and stirs the soul with present truth. Judy challenges her audiences/clients to look deeper as they connect with their life’s purpose and divine calling.

Besides being the Senior leader at Center of Life for 34 years, she has established four (4) faithbased centers in the Midwest, and a school of ministry in Greece and Serbia.

Judy builds lives as well as educational structures for children. Projects such as (3) schools in Africa and two (2) orphanages in India. She is the President and CEO of Judy Shaw Foundation Inc. Her love for real estate led her into a 15year journey in real estate, sales, and development.

Having travelled to 30 foreign countries, her scope of influence has been developed by her global career, collaborative initiatives, and long-standing relationships leading to transformation.

Judy was appointed to be the first female with Jurisdiction over all Ecumenical Clergy at Keystone Detox Center, where she served as a spiritual counsellor for 25 years. She also mentors and gives spiritual direction to many in the Business and Entertainment Industry.

Dehavilland Ford

Dehavilland Ford serves as the primary visionary of the 818 the Sign movement, along with her husband, Will. She is committed to seeing revival and reformation sweep through the inner cities and all of America.

As a revivalist, she carries a forerunner mantle, she has traveled across America and various parts of the world, including Africa, England, South America, and Israel, preaching the gospel with a burning desire to see transformation on earth.

Dehavilland is burdened to see a culture of life and an awakening of bridal love for Jesus released in our generation.

Pastor Leisa Nelson

Leisa Nelson and her husband Rusty Nelson co-lead The Rock Family Worship Center in Huntsville, Alabama with multiple campuses in the Tennessee Valley. Twenty-four years ago, they planted The Rock Family; a multi-cultural church dedicated to seeing the Presence of God touch a city, and the world around them. The daughter of a pastor and a schoolteacher, Leisa has always had a passion for worship and to care for vulnerable children. Pastors Rusty and Leisa have four children: Adam (Lindsey) Nelson, Ashlynne (Spencer) Bell, Alex (Mariah) Nelson, and Annaleis. They have five grandchildren: Cruce, Roslyn, Cannon, Charlotte, and Grace.

Leisa is driven by speaking into the Kingdom identity of humanity, standing with the nation of Israel, and relentlessly acting on behalf of the voiceless.  Her heart is burdened for those who don’t know who they are in Christ, and strives to lead individuals into the awakening of their true original design in HIM. She and Rusty are burdened for the salvation of the Jewish people, and for the peace of their homeland, Israel.  Her ear is tuned into divinely inspired strategies, and her voice is strong to rally the people of Christ to stand up and change their world.

Her heart’s cry for over twenty-five years has been standing up for the unborn, and the ministry of adoption and foster care, both on a domestic and international level. Leisa oversees several areas of ministry including SHE Women’s Ministry and the church’s adoption, foster care, and orphan care partnerships in the city. She loves missions, and works in partnership with many local, state, national and international ministries serving the needs of children. She also serves on the Alabama Board of Lifeline Children’s Services.  Leisa believes God has given her a mandate to promote widespread awareness of vulnerable children, to impart the importance of families opening their hearts and homes, and to encourage ‘The Church’ to take responsibility. She believes the heart of a nation must reflect the value God places on even the smallest of citizens.
